OUTFiT | Pixie Short

I've done something drastic this week!! And that's to cut my long curly hair real short. Most of the people around me have something bad to say when they saw me with my new do. But I don't care about the negative feedbacks. I find this perfect for summer and timely for I am in the process of remolding my inner self.  It still needs a little getting used to. It feels weird waking up in the morning not grabbing a scrunchie or putting your hair up in a bun. I am also learning creative ways styling for a pixie. But overall, I LOVE MY CUT!

It's 96 degrees today!

With the help of my new hair style, I am battling today's 96 degrees temperature with a lucky shirt and shorts. On a lazy day, you can't go wrong with this reliable pair. This  top I call lucky because I got it from my mother's "Garage Sale" loot, for free! Can't believe she's selling this cutie! LOL. Its light and colorful fabric is enough to catch my eye. Also, the strong hues are perfect for denim, too. I completed the look with my DIY shorts, body bag and chunky booties form Michael Antonio. Scroll down for outfit details.

  1. Hello Sugar,
Short hair is not for everybody but girl, you rock it! Your new style is soo refresing. I think that the people that gave you "negative feedback" is just not used to your new look and really feel the change. Some people does not like change but once they get over that they will see how beautiful and chic you look. The most important thing is that you are happy with your style and that it makes you feel confident with yourself. Cheers!

    1. my, Hi Katty!

You nailed it: "The most important thing is that you are happy with your style and that it makes you feel confident with yourself." LOVE IT. Because that is EXACTLY how I feel. No amount of negative thoughts, bullying, major uncalled for statements will affect me. I don't need anyone's approval at all. It's really funny because some even come up with (malicious) reasons as to why I've cut my hair short. LMAO. Thank you so much, Katty. Appreciate it tons!

      Love much,
      Sugar

  2. I love the entire outfit! Those shoes are to die for though >_< I love how the title of this is a pun for both your outfit and hair! It looks super good on you, and I'm sure it's perfect for the summer in the Philippines. Cause if I could guess, I'm sure everyone is burning up over there right now. Lol
